Man Arrested For Stoning His Children To Death The Adamawa police command have confirmed the arrest of a 25-year-old man who allegedly stoned his two children to death. Police operatives apprehended the man, named Elisha Tari on Friday, 18th August, following the unfortunate incident. It was gathered that the children were between the ages of three and five years old. Tari was said to have committed the heinous crime in Himikidu community of Michika Local Government Area. In a statement signed and delivered to newsmen on Saturday by the Adamawa state police command, police spokesman Suleiman Nguroje said the accused murdered the children with sticks and stones. Nguroje said the man arrested for stoning the kids, hit the children severally before they game up the ghost. In their statement, the police confirmed that the incident was thereafter reported at the nearest Divisional Police Headquarters in Michika.
